

This custom-built ERP system streamlines the entire workflow for multi-firm construction and contracting conglomerates. It supports managing multiple sister companies in a single database. The workflow starts with Tender Management (tracking bids, values, win/loss stats), and automatically spawns a Project when a tender is won. It features role-based access control (Super Admin, Project Head, Supervisor, Factory User, Purchase User, HR User, Accounts), real-time task groups (with WhatsApp-like chat and document/drawing sharing), custom inventory and stock management (multi-store support with auto-stock updates from POs), material inward/outward gates, and Running Account (RA) Billing with automated GST/TDS calculations based on Measurement Book entries.
Managing and tracking highly complex tender requirements, contractor measurements, material dispatches, and multi-layered access permissions across multiple sister firms without data lag or manual sheet syncing.
Designed and built a centralized database utilizing MariaDB and PostgreSQL, integrated with Frappe Framework's robust role permission engine, and served through a high-performance Next.js web application.
